Association Insurance & Safety Framework
All registered volunteers performing civic tasks on behalf of LES ETANGS DU MOULIN are covered under our comprehensive civil liability and personal accident insurance policy, fully funded through reinvested member dues. We prioritize the physical safety and well-being of all participants above all else.
Before any shoreline clearing or bio-engineering action begins, a certified field coordinator conducts a mandatory safety briefing outlining equipment usage, slippery terrain precautions, and water proximity rules. First aid kits and certified lifebuoys are stationed at four clearly marked intervals around the water perimeter.
We provide all specialized personal protective equipment, including puncture-resistant leather work gloves, eye protection, and high-visibility vests.
